This year marks the 12th edition of Deloitte’s list, which ranks Central European companies in the technology field based mainly on their intellectual property, thus rewarding their innovative contributions to the industry.
CoSoSys, developer of Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention and portable media security software, and Astaro, IT security specialist from Germany, today announced that they have signed a definitive agreement for Astaro to acquire the Romanian company and integrate CoSoSys’ complete staff into their team.
